MIXING
It is
recommended that the entire set size purchased be mixed at one time
according to the 200 Instruction
Sheet mixing directions. If you are not
going to mix the entire contents at once, the next recommended option
would be breaking down the epoxy set as descibed in the Breakdown
Video. For a technically
advanced applicator,
the mixing ratio is 2.75
parts by volume of epoxy resin A to 1 part by volume of curing agent
B. Adjust the filler materials proportionally.
CURE SCHEDULE
Pot life
8 oz. mass - approx. 1-3 hrs. @ 77º F.
DO NOT use below 50º F. PROPERTIES
STORAGE CONDITIONS
Store at room temperature. DO NOT allow to
freeze. Keep containers closed. Epoxies often crystallize when
exposed to temperatures below 50º F. If you notice a white substance in
the bottom of the container, heat gently (can in warm water over stove)
and stir resin until crystals are reconstituted. Allow epoxy to
regain normal room temperature before using.
