ConServ 200 FLEXIBLE EPOXY PATCH is a non-structural two part epoxy system which produces a putty-like
substance designed for wood filling. The patch is compatible with ConServ 100 consolidant which should be used to prime the
affected area prior to filling. Applications include logs, timbers,
framing, windows and doors, trim, etc. View samples of Flexible Epoxy Patch 200, installed.
MIXING
Combine entire contents of plastic bottle B (curing agent) into
container A (epoxy resin) and mix thoroughly with a power
mixer for 3 minutes or vigorously by hand. By hand blend in the
entire contents of bag C (brown filler) and only enough of bag
D (white thickener) to achieve the desired working consistency.
If you are not going to mix the entire contents at once, the mixing
ratio is 2.75 parts by volume of epoxy resin A to 1 part by volume
of curing agent B. Adjust the filler materials proportionally.
