ConServ 100 FLEXIBLE EPOXY CONSOLIDANT is a non-structural, slow curing, low viscosity epoxy system designed for saturating and encapsulating wood decay, or priming damaged areas. The properties are ideally suited for consolidating and stabilizing pockets of wood decay, checks, fissures and other surface imperfections likely to sustain damage due to exposure, infestation or minor charring from fire damage. Applications include end grain, window and door sills, sash, jambs, trim, siding, porch elements, stairs, framing, and log and timber elements. Use as a stabilizing primer for ConServ 200 Flexible Epoxy Patch. MIXING It is recommended that the entire
set size purchased be mixed at one time according to the 100 Instruction
Sheet mixing directions. If you are not
going to mix the entire contents at once, the next recommended option
would be breaking down the epoxy set as descibed in the Breakdown
Video. For
a technically advanced applicator, the mixing ratio is 3.75 parts of
Resin A to 1 part Curing agent B by
volume.
