Ingredients: Epoxy resin - butyl glycidyl ether modified by-product of epochlorhydrin and bisphenol A.

Fire & Explosion Hazard Data
Extinguishing Media: Water fog, Carbon dioxide, Dry chemical, Foam
Flammability Class 2 Flash Point: 173º F PMCC
Fire Equipment: Wear positive pressure, self contained breathing apparatus during fire fighting.  Cool fire-exposed product containers with water.

Reactivity Data
Stability: Stable under normal conditions.
Hazardous Reaction: Hazerdous polymerization will not occur.
Conditions to Avoid: Oxidizing agents, strong Lewis acids, strong mineral acids, curing agents - Considerable heat can be released .
Hazardous Decomposition Products: Carbon monoxide, aldehydes, acids.

Health Hazard Data
Eye Contact: Moderately irritating to the eyes.
Skin Contact: Moderately irritating to the skin.  May cause sensitization.  Skin sensitization or allergy may be evidenced by rashes, especially hives.
Inhalation: n/a
Ingestion: Low order of acute oral toxicity.  Oral LD50 (rat) = g/kg.

Emergency First Aid
Eye Contact: Flush immeditately with water for at least 15 minutes while lifting upper/lower lids.  Get immediate medical attention.
Skin Contact: Immediately remove contaminated clothing.  Wipe excess from skin and flush with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes.  Use soap if available or follow by washing with soap and water.  Do not reuse clothing until thoroughly cleaned.  Get medical attention.
Inhalation: Remove person to fresh air.  Give oxygen if breathing is difficult.  Obtain immediate medical attention.
Ingestion: Do not give liquids if victim is unconscious or very drowsy.  Otherwise give no more than 2 glasses of water and induce vomiting.  Get medical attention.

Handling Precautions
Ventilation: Local exhaust recommended.
Respiratory Protection: In the absence of proper ventilation wear a respirator approved by NIOSH/MSHA whenever exposed to fumes or vapors.  Organic vapor cartridge with HEPA filter is recommended.
Eye Protection: Use chemical worker goggles with splash protection or full face mask.
Skin Protection: Use protective gloves made of nitril rubber or other impervious matter.
Protective Clothing: Wear chemical resistant apron and or coveralls as required to minimize contact with product.

Spill and Leak Procedures
In Case of Spill: Avoid all personal contact.  Contain if possible.  Wipe up or absorb on suitable material and shovel up.  Clean up using adequate ventilation.
Waste Disposal: Controlled incineration or bury in legal landfill.  Handle in compliance with local, state and federal environmental protection agency regulations.
