Durable Because
It's Flexible
ConServ
offers wood restoration epoxy systems that
last longer because they stay
flexible and move with wood to form a stable,
long lasting repair. Our Consolidants (100 and
W100) and Patches (200,
S200 and W200) work together to
stabilize, rebuild, and prevent future rot in
wood.
We now offer these additional
formulas to address the challenges of working in
the field around varying temperatures, since epoxy
is temperature dependant for cure. Our S200 cures slower than
the original 200 Patch and is designed for hot
weather. Our W100 and
W200 cure faster than
their original formulas and are designed
for cold weather or whenever a quicker cure is
required.
Structural Applications can
warrant different products
Sometimes certain applications require
a different approach. Our
newest product, 552 Structural
Epoxy Adhesive, is a versatile,
caulkable, medium viscosity formula that bonds to
wood, FRP, fiberglass, steel, aluminum and
masonry. It
is sandable, paintable, and prepackaged in 450 ml
dual-cartridges for ease of application with
our static mixers. This is an ideal labor saving
product to be used when installing our 800 series
fiberglass rebar for structural
connections.
We offer our 600 Structural Epoxy Repair as a
high
strength,
low viscosity, multipurpose epoxy system for
casting, consolidating, and structural
repairs. The system's
versatility is enhanced during casting
applications by using sand and/or fine aggregate
as an additive to slow the cure and stretch
the epoxy without
compromising the performance.
Experience in
Design Make it Better
ConServ has long outperformed
the competition because it was originally
developed and field tested over 30 years ago
by wood conservation
pioneers for use in
their own projects. They made sure that world's
most reliable wood repair system was also the
world's most versatile, adaptable and
comprehensive. The ConServ system was developed
by wood restoration professionals for
use by other professionals. Applications
performed over 25 years ago continue to endure on
national landmarks and historic structures.
